Shoaib is a business executive and entrepreneur with a successful track record in corporate development, private capital deployment, strategic partnerships and cross-border business. His career has spanned the UK, Middle East, South Asia, North Africa and the United States, advising investors, family offices and international companies on growth, investment and complex markets.
As CEO, he brings this global perspective to agriculture, focusing on connecting farmers, investors, government entities and international partners, attracting capital and developing sustainable opportunities across Pakistan’s agricultural value chain.
With family roots in agriculture and regular childhood visits to the village, Shoaib’s connection to the sector is also a personal one.
Earlier in his career, he held senior roles with Deutsche Bank, Barclays, Mashreq, IBM Promontory, and Credit Agricole, among others. He studied Business Management at Royal Holloway, University of London and the London School of Economics.
